Fireguy1 it is a CODEC problem. try here:

http://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_Lite_Codec_Pack.htm

You dont need all these codecs guys...just download the divX player at divx.com or download.com and youll be able to play any axxo movies as all he upload is divx(avi). You can also download media player classic and that has all the codecs.
