Great game.
Great music which is similar to Diablo 2 (one of the composers for torchlight was also partly responsible for Diablo 2).
Good graphics (dont expect cutting edge but the 3D models do look good).
Great variety of weapons (better than titan quest IMO).
Good variety of monsters.
No multiplayer tho which some people may miss

For 500mb, its a great game that i have spent more than 10hrs playing over the past few days and im not a big RPG fan (have only ever pla **** diablo 1+2, titan quest+expansion, dungeon siege 1+2).
$20USD on steam if you wish to support - i think multiplayer DLC is a possibility in the future.
Finally a decent computer game. Well worth $20
I tried it on a high end PC and a low budget one, it worked nicely on both PCs, definitly worth the 20 dollars.
