Mount disk GTA_VICE_City with virtual clone drive as daemon tools doesn't work with vista. When it asks for disk 2 unmount disk 2 and replace with VICE_CITY_play. When installed, go to my computer, os, program files, rockstar games, gta vice city. in the folder where you downloaded the torrent will be the folder crack, open the folder and copy the file gta-vc , go to the director gta vice city and paste the file there, click yes to overright. Mount disk VICE_CITY_PLAY everytime you play vice city.

Only prob I can see is that you can't change resolution, but that doesnt really matter.
