in other words it doesn't allow you to download files thru torrents from this him/her pc
torrents is almost the same as p2p peer 2 peer pc 2 pc the only difference is there is alot
more controll because differend typ's of trackers keep in track what ip has what file
and the download speeds are much higher only newsgroups are more or equal to torrents based systems. *question from holy_moly * hopefully answerd
