This torrent DOES work. Got it an installed it with a friend but there's some parts in the game that are inaccessible. Alot of people have gotten this as well.

mine runs smoothly. well, you should try disabling anti-aliasing (even 4x or 2x) because it can greatly improved the frame rate of the game without sacrificing the quality.

by the way, my graphic setting on the game is between medium and high quality. it runs good. so don't worry about downloading this torrent. it's real and working.

You have to copy/paste the file I had marked in the image to "C:Program FilesDragon Agebin_ship" and run the game from that file all the time, as far as I can see.

i want to play this game but i do have one issue .... the dvds i burn my isos to arent large enough to burn this one because i dont have a dual layer disc writer. is their a way i can s=convert or launch the iso to install with out burning? .... input is much appreciated. iso's just confuse me sometimes

I'm new to this, if anyone can help me out. i have ISO Buster and extracted the file, went to setup icon, after that was finished it asked me if i wanted to play the game, i clicked yes and it said (could not find the dragon age disk. please insert the disk and try again). I don't have a disk and don't know how to (mount a file to disk) if anyone has time to inform me on this subject, i would really like to play this game. also does it have to go on a dual layer disk

You need "Deamon Tools"! google it and download the free version. then mount the iso file that you downloaded into Deamon Tools!
Or, in the files that you extracted must be a crack! put it into the game directory and replace the original one.
then play!

Yeah the game blue screens and crashes an awful lot. Patch it and hope it goes away. For me it still blue screens occasionally.

@ JohnnyChauhanny Yeah its dumb question cuz u are 2 lazy and did not reed above comments... :/ When u mounte CD, enter it and open folder SKIDROW, crack is in that folder, copy all and paste in instalation folder.....

Nectaralic I am not sure but if you have the crack, the two files in the skidrow folder are probably cracks, copy and paste them into the original folder(where you have installed it) of the game.

Alright this is to help with some of the people trying to figure out if their computer will run Dragon Age or not.

I am currently running the following specs:

Windows 7 Ultimate (32bit)
3.4ghz Pentium 4 Processor
2GB DDR RAM
Redeon X1650 Sapphire (512MB, no HD, older card)
DirectX10

Now, the game runs with a little lag (not much but enough to annoy me) on MEDIUM quality and
NO lag on LOW quality. So even with a not-quite-top-notch computer you can play the game. Cheers!

Oh, and I do not know if this is because Windows 7 is awesome (which it is) but so far I haven't had any crashes and I pla **** for about 12 hours yesterday. Occasionally it does minimize itself though. . . kind of weird.

Nectaralic, copy and paste the DAorigins file into the bin_ship folder in your install directory (probably C:Program FilesDragon Ageship_bin). It should run fine after that.

You need to burn the disc and have it inserted or if that doesn't work try mounting the image using a program like Alcohol 120%. I didn't burn it, I just unpacked the ISO rar (using winrar), apply crack, installed and then mounted the original image.

I'm at the menu screen now, seems to be working fine and I haven't burnt anything yet.
