During the download i too got the no peers crap and couldn't download. I did the following:
i copied all the trackerlinks you can find on this page and added them one by one to my download program (i use Azureus) After a while it found a working tracker and it started downloading again!
Listen up!
The BBLua51.dll file in this download is NOT working. Search for the torrent: The.Settlers.VI.Rise.Of.An.Empire.FIX-CLONECD (152,9kb) this will have the proper working dll file. Use that one and the cld.dll from this download and you can play the game without a problem!
Also DO NOT UPDATE. To run the game don't use the autorun menu. Use the .exe file in your base/bin folder named: Settlers6.exe This will start up the game without the update crap!

when i opened the MDF or MDS whit PowerISO it says:
The file format is invalid or unsupported
i have downloaded it twice already...
I updated Deamen tools to 4.10 and then it works. THY !!
When i select the campaign option the game closes and gives a error -> R6002 floating point not loaded .
What to do?
I have installed the dll's and not patched the game, and now I still get the wrong cd error, and when it doesn't give the error, it simply crashes my pc, straight to a reboot.

if it asks for a serial key you updated the game to v1.1. Uninstall and reinstall the game. Then don't update anything and use the settlers6.exe file in you base/bin folder to start the game. Don't use the autorun menu.

When you get that error you still got the wrong BBLua51.dll file from this download. Read my post above to find the fix.

Uninstall the game. Install it again, replace the cld.dll file with the one from this download. (Keep a copy of the original, just incase) then replace the BBLua51.dll file with the one from the fix. (again keep a copy of the original) Now start up the game by using the settlers6.exe from the bin folder (where the dll's are)
If the game still doens't work, there is a diffirent problem.
Installed the game off the image (Newest Daemon Tools) and before I did anything I copied cld.dll (didn't find a file to overwrite) and got the fixed BBLua51.dll and copied that as well.
Tried starting the game up using setllers6.exe but got wrong CD error.
I've tried using Daemon Tools Protection Emulation but it's not working either.
Any help would be appreciated.
I had an image mounted but not the image from this download, I have my own image from a friend. I suppose that's where the big issue comes in for me. Oh well, I'll wait for an unwrapped .exe.
yeah. i got the same problem. but i downloaded this file again and now it works again at my
download Deamon Tool 4.10 and instal search for it on google. after instal right click on the tray icon the the taskbar. Then:
Virtual CD/DVD-rom
Set number of devices
1
then again Virtual CD/DVD-rom and then
Device 0
Mount image
and search for the mdf or mds. then open and wait
have you downloaded the FIX-CLONECD?
just copy it from that file. and place it in the bin map. and the cdl.dll file from this file
start the game whit the settlers6.exe

I hope this will help u guys in installing the file properly and playing the game!!!
1.Download all the files.
2.Extract the first winzipped file into a folder.
3.Run daemon tools and mount the .mds file.
4.Install the game.
5.Copy the BBLua51.dll(from the fix download) & cld.dll(from this download) to the bin folder.
Note: The fix download is The.Settlers.VI.Rise.Of.An.Empire.FIX-CLONECD(0 MB), u can search it in this site itself. Download the files in this torrent.
the cld.dll file will be found in the patch folder after the first extraction.
6.After u finish click the icon on ur desktop or the 1 in the bin folder, (both works for me).
7.Do not update till u get the keygen for the update.
8.Enjoy the game.
9.Incase this doesn't work, copy the BBLua51.dll(from the fix download to the patch folder in the begining itself, and then mount the image and install following the above steps!!!
I installed the game and then it wanted to patch it so I patched it
now it wants serial but there isnt one and I cant reinstall it because I deleted it because I was short of room in my computer :)
Please HELP. Do I really have to download and istall it again?
I'm pretty new at this, especially with game files, i've got daemon tools and magic iso and alcohol 120. this i've read your post by-the-way and gknight2007 thanks both, but i still can't seem to get it working. I've opened the containing folder im utorrent, but magic iso can't extract anything. I've also downloaded the clonefix, but daemon tools can;t mount in either. please help, i've really been looking foreward to playing this game. thanks
