yes it works but the entire game will be in russian... dont recommend it

this doesn't fix the bugs in the game, just the jerusalem thing. And it's quite stupid to be doing this fix when the game will be properly ripped in a couple of weeks. Just have patience. This isn't worth the time.

Some people said that their game is working Even inside the Jerusalem..
what if they just upload their own Jerusalem Forge Files and Let us Download is so we dont have to change anything...

like the Doctor in the 1st part have no faces.. and no skin i think.. I just realize in the first mission that they dont have colors just a black character. Even the STAGE is black..

I already Update the DirectX which is Included inside the ISO..

What do you think is the Problem??.. When i Tried DirectX9 Executable file.. ITS WOrking Fine..

All i wanted to fix was the Jerusalem thing

1) Copy/Paste the entire Assassin’s Creed directory to anywhere you want [IE : Copy it to desktop and rename it AC ENG)
2) Apply the AC_ENG_to_RUS.exe patch to your C:UbisoftAssassin’s Creed Directory
3) Delete the “DataPC_StreamedSoundrus.forge” file
4) Copy DataPC_StreamedSoundfre.forge [for English Version it’s DataPC_StreamedSoundeng.forge or something like that] and paste it where was the file you deleted before [DataPC_StreamedSoundrus.forge]
5) Rename this file [DataPC_StreamedSoundeng.forge] in “DataPC_StreamedSoundrus.forge”!

6) Launch the game and… MIRACLE u can go to Jerusalem and the voice are in English or German or French or whatever is the language you want to play with!!!

7) when you have finished jerusalem delete the assassin’s creed directory and replace it with the AC-Eng directory that you’d copy at the beginning!!
8)Do the whole thing again if u need to return to Jerusalem later!!!

Thanks darkmatto, works, audio is glitchy and everything's in Russian, but I can get my Jerusalem fix.

I've downloaded it, then I've updated the game, and I was able to get in jerusalem...But the problem is this: the game crashes a lot, and the graphic details are simply crap, the floor disappears and it becomes blue, just like water, and it seems that the whole scenario is below the sea :p

does this happens to all of you?

yes, coimbra1988. This is fix is worthless, really. Download a proper rip after the release date. I belive around 25 this month.

the game halts on a white screen on the begining !!
even i tried to skip the intro still not working!
dam i am now on memory block 3 2nd half and i need to complete this awesome game T_T

For people that say it is crap:

ARE YOU GUYS STUPID OR SOMETHING?

After you download it, just simply install it. It gets stucked at the end of the installation sometimes, but do not close it. It just takes time. After that your game will be in RUSSIAN.

If you go to mininova, there is info for playing only Jerusalem in Russian, and the rest in English.

so if you are not sure, or if you are stupid (for instance portujoel5), then do not play it until Official Release.

But I play it, and it is awlsome!!!

Look ists like this, the fix works perfectly "but" the game turns in to a Mother Land Game you just turn it back to "eng" when you done in Jerusalem if you have to go there later just turn the game in to Russian again as simple as that.

Type dxdiag in RUN menu & Open the menu, than in Sound close the Acceleration . After doin this Game wont crash anymore .. if it works plz say THANK YOU !

I can personally say that closing the acceleration did not work for me :( Thanks for the tip though dragon... I just get inside Jerusalem (past the guards) and the game crashes half way through someone saying something... I have even heard the same piece of voice dialog outside the city walls said and it glitches at the end and repeats itself, but does not crash, but just inside the city it does crash, anyone with this same problem under win xp?

EDIT: I managed to get into Jerusalem by using the Russian audio and then changing to the English audio, but eventually it froze again when i tried to do an interrogation on a citizen...:(

the russian patch works, i recommend to not do any sound files replacement. It will mix with russian and english streams, sometimes you will hear "niet parski" and sometimes "Die infidel!", and you'll experience an aplication freeze. I suggest you play in russian, after all you just have to go to jerusalem twice(i think)...

You go to jerusalem 3 times. I have discovered that there is the same problem at Arsuf as it is with Jerusalem, I suggest you copy the containing files in the assassins creed folder in 2 folders : AC_ENG(the original english folder) and AC_RUS(the russian patched folder), this way whenever you need to play in Jerusalem or Arsuf, you don't need to instal the patch every time, just delete the files copy the ones you need. As a result you will have 3 folders, that's 20GB. The russian folder should be 5.7gb, the english one 6.7gb, i don't know why, but that's how they are
