just install the program, exchange the .exe file in the systemfolder with the one you dl.
the "en.lic file", you put in the "C:Do **** ents and Settings"user"Application DataPegasys Inc" folder
the Application Data folder is hidden, so you have to unhide it. dno what its called on english computers, but its "Properties" or something like that. then "Folderproperties" or something. Just click around and youll find it.
