Thanks for posting this. The only encodes of season 5 before this were low grade vhs rips. I'll leave it going for a few weeks because this is such a weakly seeded torrent.
These are good encodes but just a warning for those that want to play them on a divx enabled DVD player. You will need to re-encode them to a proper standard divx/mpeg 4 because the VP7 codec is not supported at all by them. Not so sure about playing them on an XBox or a PS3 because I have neither.
This game isn't really compatible with controllers that have analog sticks. With both my PS2 and X-360 pads, the camera kept shifting around in circles.
What are the subs based on, the horrible English dub or a translation of Japanese to English? The R1 DVD from a few years ago was complete garbage because it was dubtitled. (subs were based on the dub) Not even worthy of being copied.
Did anyone get this to work? I installed it and ran it, but all it did was crash out.
Edit: I got it working, and pla **** for about an hour or two with no crashes or graphical errors. I think it crashed before because I also had Winamp running as well.
No crack is required, just unrar, mount, and install.
Just a heads up. The finale is the nuked version that was posted about 4 years ago when it first aired. Come to think of it, I don't think a 'proper' version was done. - Video drops out for a few seconds and then it shrinks down to 1/2 size.
Rubbish. If you have an X-Box 360 pad, download or buy the PS2 version or get a PS3 pad for your PC. Otherwise you'll have to awkwardly use the left analog stick instead of the standard left side. There's no way to change the settings either, at least not for the control stick.
You'll also need a crack which is on this site as well, or at Gamecopyworld.
This is a remake of the ABC after school special(which was based on a book) from the early 80's about a teacher that conducts a social experiment. I won't say anything else for fears of spoiling it.
Thanks for this. It's unlikely we'd ever get this in Canada. - Everyone seems too busy admiring the no-talent hacks like Hannah Montanna and Britney to notice Kylie.
I'm only on the first season, but just a warning. It is NOT compatible with your DVD player, at least not mine. (It's a Philips DVP642.)
You will need to re-encode them if you want to watch it that way. I assume it will be the same if you have an X-Box 360 as well. The later seasons will most likely be divx player compatible since things were standarized with those "scene" releases back in 2003.
No crack or anything is needed, just unpack and mount, then install.
Plays perfect on my system(AMD 3700+, 2 gigs ram, 256 meg ATI PCIE vid). And, it automatically sets all the controls to my XBox controller when I say to.
These seem to be syndication edits because the first episode, which I am currently watching clocks in at just under 22 minutes. Shows from back then would sometimes go as long as 26 minutes minus commercials.
Surprised parts 2 and 3 haven't been posted yet. I mean rubbish like Painkiller Jane and Flash Gordon are religiously uploaded, but the concluding parts to a mini-series are not? o.O Something tells me we'll have a bit of a wait unfortunately. ;(
Awesome! Big thanks, I've been looking to replace my almost worn out VHS copy for a while. The only DVD I could find was at Cinema1 and they wanted way too much for it.
It's odd that I couldn't change the burn speed in the demo version I was using from 16x down to a more reasonable one like say 4x. Usually a demo will only burn at very slow speeds, 1x or maybe 2x at best. At least that's how it was in the past with programs like CDRWin or CloneCD.
7.10 will work with Vista, but why are you using Vista in the first place? Get eXPerience's hack of 2003. Search "eXPerience 2003" and it should be the second result. It's the one that's around 700 megs and was uploaded about a month ago. It works very well, much better than Vista did on my brand new system.

Runtime according to VLC is 2 hours 18 minutes, but Wiki and IMDB list it as 2 hours and 33 minutes.

As for why the crack's not working, you use the "launcher" and it should work.

Runs great on my less than stellar system.

No comments about it being fake on Mininova, so that should tell you that it is legit.

The included subs do NOT work. VLC Player gives me an unknown format, and Media Player Classic doesn't recognize them at all.
Go here for the proper working subs, then rename the subtitle file to the same as the video.

Not sure if it's because it's a crack or something to do with my video card. I play Bioshock just fine, so I doubt that's it.

VOB files are what the DVDs contain.
Use Nero to burn them, it should be pretty straight forward on what you need to do.
If you don't wish to burn to disc, you can use PowerDVD to watch them. I think you'd load up the Video_TS file or something of the sorts.

Sadly, I have a feeling it's the only one that works with Vista. :(
Then again, it might be because I'm stuck on Vista.
