Yes very good. DVD rips = best quality you can get, except bluray/hddvd.

Basically, you upload them onto a MicroSD card (copy and paste). Then that MicroSD goes into something called an R4 which is a slot 1 device for your DS. Then the R4 goes into your DS and you play.

I think I broke it down too simply. Just read the website for instructions.
