Weird that it's not an iso, considering that the group its called 'HOTiSO'....? lol Thanks maple_nub and pranaychoudhary!
I got it and had a go at putting it on my laptop, following a tutorial I found somewhere... and it......... didn't work (^_^) I couldn't get it to boot on my laptop. But my laptop is a little weird, so I don't think there is actually anything wrong with the file.
I'm not sure quite what it is, but I'm fairly sure this is a virus. There is no installation window, it attempts to connect to 207.226.167.92:80... so I'd say it was probable.
Finally, they've released a hotfix for the TDI BSOD!

Hi I don't know exactly what the problem is but it is saying that the CD is not bootable. This version of Windows 7 Beta is about 2.5 gigabytes. A CD can only hold 700 megabytes. So if you used overburn then it is probably compressed so it won't be able to read the boot file, or, it only burned as many files as would fit. Or of course it could be that it is actually a DVD but it only knows how to say CD, in which case it probably became corrupted, so burn another DVD-R single layer 4.7 gigabyte disc on the slowest setting that you can and try again.
If you don't have disc burning and ISO burning software, I would recommend MagicISO (http://www.magiciso.com/) you can download it with a crack here: http://www.mininova.org/tor/1668177
rakeshv: "When will it be officially released?? any idea?"
Microsoft reckon that it will be released late 2009 but only if they feel that they've got it just right. But to be honest from what I have read Windows 7 Beta is much better than any other operating system that Microsoft has released, so it could be pretty spectacular. Microsoft has been posting info to this RSS feed: http://windowsteamblog.com/blogs/MainFeed.aspx and this website: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windows-7/
vinitnxt: "will it work without activation after 30 days????"
There is a rearming crack which comes with features to remove the watermark and send feedback link here:

I have downloaded it to my vista machine, scanned and opened it and everything seems fine, but I haven't had a chance to test it on Windows 7 because it is still downloading. But once it is done I will post the results here. (If someone else hasn't already.)

Anyway, I couldn't install Snow Leopard, and I've got 7 which is excellent, so I'm happy to stick with Windows for now.

But considering that it has thousands of seeds and it has 5 votes verifying it, I doubt that it's infected...
Thanks very much!!!! I was running Windows 7 x64 (Retail), and this works perfectly.
But considering the fact that I didn't have to pay for it, it's not too bad.
