if you want UBER fast download speed
1. get firefox
2.get utorrent
3.when downloading file it asks where to save, save using utorrent.exe
4. make sure you use fenopy.com (if possible) usually more seed
5. even though seed is 1.5 minimum u download at 120+kbs and upload 70 even with upload time it's MUCH faster than regular limewire or bitlord and uploading can e done after download and/or at night,

i know this information is not much of use but you must hack kernel 32 since it only allows cerain % of cpu usage on codec
