okay figured it out THIS WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!
100% Legit

So u have to use UnRarX to make a dmg.
Then get a spare drive, all ipods work (even 5G Video)

-This site will show u how to put an "Installable" form of leopard on ur ipod
Double click the .dmg in ur ipod
when u get the installation up and running try to install as "Archive and Install" you'll have to press a customize button to do it. (mac genius told me that people have less problems when they archive)
U should be good to go

However, if u get a blue screen with only a mouse:
-restart ur computer, and when in the white hold "option" key
-u should get a picture of your Hard Drive and the external drive that u have leopard on (may appear as a disc)
-click the disk and go from there

dont use a DVD, it is a lot less successful, unless u are a lot smarter than me

im havin trouble
i have downloaded, un-rared, and burnt the dmg to a DL-DVD
when i boot the dmg it asks me to restart and when i do, it asks me to do it again and nothing happens.
what should i do?

re-installed and still no idvd, but everything else is awesome

everything works great, however i dont have iDVD anymore
hmmmmmmm?
