i solved the problem but noew when i try instal it says video or card doesn t suport separate alpha blend glow will be disbled?

i did that but the rebuifing don t run it is always on 1 % what can i do ? Do i instal dirctx first or other thing?

when i start the setup it says rebuilding 1% then it says the system cannot find the file specified. can anyone help me out pls
