when it asks for the serial number..
* open your keygen and press 10~15 times generate (to prevent the message "this serial number has been used many times")
* continue the installation.
*when it asks for activation code.. go to "phone customer service" this will display your installation code (required for activation code)
* open your keygen again.. copy and paste "serial number" and "installation code" from the customer service window and generate the activation code
* now go back to the main page (DISCONNECT FROM INTERNET) paste the activation code and press enter :-)
