use nero vision, never had any problems with that. if you look there may be an option to keep the video and audio in sync but i think it does it automatically.

dont trust KDOG96's comment its a virus. and this is a psx version, not for pc so u need a psx emulator such as epsxe or u need to burn 2 disk and play on a chipped or haxed psx/ps2
