For anyone who wants to use the actual image to install this, instead of extracting the files, use this patch, actually released by mazuki. Just extract the contents of the iso to a folder named "ADBEMST4" without quotes. Then place all the files from the zip where the folder is, BUT NOT IN IT.

The patch will run and make a new image, this takes about 30 - 40 mins depending on computer type.

Then use power iso, or ultraiso or similar to change the INTERNAL volume label for the disc to "ADBEMST4" without quotes.

U cannot go online. if you do, the EA servers find out the key is fake, and then disables the game until you enter a new one.

If you want to use any online features, i suggest you purchase the game. As far as I know, there aren't any cracks available for online game play.

If you want to get rid of the copy protection from the actual INSTALLER EXE, you can use the unprotected setup.exe from the original Oblivion release. You'll have to replace the protected setups on DISC1 and DISC2 with the unprotected setup.exe by using an ISO editing tool, like UltraISO. Then you can burn and install the game any way you like, without the need for YASU.

To do this, download the setup.exe (link below) and then create 2 folders in your C: drive, one called "OblivionGOTYUK1" and the other "OblivionGOTYUK2". After you have completed this, copy over all the files on each CD to their own corresponding folders in your C: drive. Overwrite the original "setup.exe" file with the one downloaded, and then recompile the .iso's with UltraISO.

After that, you will be able to mount with daemon tools, and install with ease. If daemon tools isn't an option, you may also burn the iso's onto CD's, and then easily install from them.

Hi everybody, I'm Wavenero, and i haven't posted about Nero in months. lol. sorry about that. It wasn't this page that i posted on, but i feel it will circulate through the other torrents as this seems to be the largest at the moment.

Anyways, for anybody still with issues with the Patent Activation problem, i found the solution, and it doesn't involve deleting the patent file. Download the files below. use the keygen when installing nero from scratch, and then use the Activator to make it "Genuine". If you already have nero installed, i'm pretty sure you are able to just use the activation patch, but if your patent activation file is missing, im not sure if it will work.

Do not register. play as un registerd

Is this windows installation an "unattended" install. or is it an original install that asks for all questions to be answered. eg: serial number, user names, networking settings etc.

I've recieved an email from someone else needing help with nero 8. They told me that their computer crashed, and had to reinstall windows. It sound to me, that something that gets installed on everybodies computer causes the problem. (example: flash player, divx codec etc).

I've also been thinking that maybe it could be Service pack 2 on XP. Maybe if nero is installed before the installation of service pack 2 or higher, the problem maybe erased.

Just a thought. I'm going to test in the next few days.

Try using regseeker or some other registry cleaner program before you install. there maybe some errors stopping the installation from going ahead. BUT, if you have already had Nero 7 or 8 installed, then you must go to the nero website, and download the nero clean tool, and clean your computer of everything with the tool. Then do a registry scan/clean, then proceed to instal nero 8 for the second time.

that is the correct location for the patent file. And to your question about the prefetch folder, if it isn't there, then don't worry about it.

if you have already deleted the patent file nad are still having the error. You need to generate a new key and add it to the nero control centre, and delete the old one, then use reg seeker to remove any invalid registry links.

Please use the Embrace keygen to clean all the serial numbers from the computer, then use a registry cleaner like RegSeeker 1.51 and clean the registry while nero is still installed. After that, reboot. Then after the reboot, open any nero product. a screen will tell you that you cannot use nero without a serial, click the text that says something like enter serial. Then generate a new serial from the keygen, and enter it in.

That should now be it. Good Luck

try using reg seeker to clean your registry. that may fix your nero vision problem.

if you download the EMBRACE keygen from anywhere, be sure that the filesize is NO bigger than 124KB.

to anyone who is getting the error "microsoft visual c++ runtime library", i'm not sure how to fix this. To by pass for now, uninstall nero with the General nero clean tool, then run a registry cleaner (reg seeker), then reboot. after reboot, re-install nero and follow the earlier instructions to remove the activation file. after this, the error message should be removed.

To anyone having the ACTIVATE PRODUCT message after the deletion of the patentactivation file, please re-use the EMBRACE keygen to generate another key, then go to nero control centre and add the new serial, then delete the old one. make sure you remember which serial is the new one.

This is how you stop nero from telling you that your serial is a pirate

1. Disconnect your internet
2. Install nero
3. Use Embrace Keygen to clean all serial entries, then make a new one. Use the new serial
4. Once installed, reboot
5. Once rebooted (Internet still disconnected), go START>RUN and type msconfig
6. In the msconfig menu, select the startup tab. Find "NeroCheck" item and disable. Click apply and ok.
7. Then search you computer for "NeroPatentActivation.exe" and delete this file. Also delete any files associated with the Prefetch Folder.
8. Once this is done, reboot the computer.
9. Once the computer is rebooted, reconnect your internet. REMEMBER: Disable the update feature in the Nero control panel to avoid future problems

I can verify, this is not fake. The install exe is the trial version. You have to download all the extras seperate on the nero site.
